At Lumen Business Metrics (“We,” “Us,” “Our”), all products, subscriptions, digital deliverables, and services are non-refundable.
By purchasing from Us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the customized, time-sensitive, and informational nature of our financial services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
This applies to:

  • Monthly Financial Statements (Basic & Advanced)

  • CFO Monthly Review Emails

  • Fractional CFO Monthly Meetings

  • Digital reports, summaries, or insights

  • Any service or subscription purchased from Lumen Business Metrics

Once a deliverable has been prepared, sent, or attempted to be delivered, it is considered fulfilled.

2. No Refunds for the Following

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Failure to provide the required financial data

  • Inaccurate, incomplete, or late information submitted by you

  • Missed or unused meetings

  • Misunderstanding of the service purchased

  • Failure to use or review deliverables

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Changes in business, financial status, or personal circumstances

  • Client dissatisfaction related to outcomes or business results

Outcomes are not guaranteed, and a lack of desired results does not qualify for a refund.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

  • Cancellations take effect in the next billing cycle.

  • No partial-month, mid-cycle, or retroactive refunds are provided.

  • Monthly fees remain due regardless of whether you submit data for that month.

4. Service Delivery

A service is considered fully delivered when:

  • Financial statements are created and sent

  • A CFO Review Email is delivered

  • A 60-minute CFO Meeting is offered or attempted

  • Any digital deliverable is emailed or made available to you

If we attempt delivery and you do not engage, the service is still considered fulfilled.

5. Non-Payment

Failure to pay may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services

  • Termination of your account

  • Inability to access reports or scheduling

  • Debt collection efforts were permitted

No refunds will be issued for suspended or terminated services.

6. Exceptions

Lumen Business Metrics does not provide refunds except where required by applicable law.
Any exception provided voluntarily by Us is at Our sole discretion and does not constitute a waiver of rights in future cases.

7. Client Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You understand, we do not offer refunds

  • You understand that your data submission impacts service delivery

  • You accept responsibility for all decisions made using our reports

  • You have reviewed this Refund Policy and agree to abide by it
